UChicago Physics will reimburse up to $400 in domestic travel and lodging for visits before April 15, 2024. For international travel, we will reimburse up to $600. Please note that we will only reimburse the most economical method of travel. This usually consists of economy flights; however, sometimes alternate methods of travel are requested, such as renting a car or train.

Please note your hotel accommodation is booked and covered by us separately, along with many of your meals during the Open House event.

Reimbursement may take up to three weeks and it will arrive in a form of a check to the mailing address you provide.
